Windows 7: sound device used by something just not by me ...

sound device used by something just not by me ...


i got M-audio transit usb sound card after instalation ewerything works fine but somethings hapend (probobly when i unplug usb and plug it back)
and i have no sound ...

when i go control panel "sounds" and turn of old connexat speakers and spdif interface and try to test the m-audio transit but i got notice :"deivice is in use"..."this device is used by another aplication.turn of all devices sending signal to this device and try agan"
but i cant find anything whot is sending signal to my transit. my music player, browser, skype ... everything is of and its the same ... funy but if i turn on my motherboards sound card i can test it while all aplications using sound are running and when i try to choice transit in aimp(my music player) he says "cannot initalize sound engine"

but dxdiag, devices menager in properties says its all everything ok with this device

another thing, the M-audio transit properties program is running only a several second after open and i recive some dll error and its rutn down aplication, im not shure did i can translate it from polish to english properly the notice i recive then, "together dll book for windows error"

i got Windows 7 x64
