Mircophone 1 ear problem

Hello,

I just got a Pioneer professional microphone as I am fond of singing ... !
Every thing seemed to work cool, as I got an adaptor too , an adaptor of 3.5 mm which connects the microphone big (plug) and converts into the 3.5 mm plug to be connected to the sound card.

The problem I am getting here is , that when I launch the Magix music maker software and record some vocals, I only get the sound in left ear, nothing in right ear, I mean I do feel the noise in the right ear, but no vocals.

It is really sad for me, please help me out with this funky matter, I hope we can fix out this problem as It is almost like impossible to go to that microphone market back as it is quite far.

Thanks, badly waiting for answer,

Faisal.
