Determining sampling rate of various audio files. How?

Hopefully this is very simple to answer. I can find the bit rate for various audio files, but not the sample rate/frequency of the files. Is there some way to do this with Win7, or do I need some type of third party software. If the latter, what free software would anyone recommend?

Mp3utility and Encspot will give you that info on mp3 files.

I am not sure if Encspot will work with other file formats and I assume mp3utility will not.

MrQuestionMan burrrn.net - The home of Burrrn and Mr QuestionMan Mr QuestionMan will tell you. It's kind of old, and at first install, Win 7 asked me if it had installed properly....so I checked, and surprisingly it works fine. Tells you sampling rate, bitrate, codec, and what encoder was used to encode it.
