Accidentally disabled my speakers

I was trying to adjust some of my sound settings and I disabled both my headset sound and my external speakers. Now when I pull up my sound menu "playback devices" neither the headsets nor speakers are there.

They were both visible/working before I disabled them. Where can I go to enable them again?

Hello, Dbivian, welcome to the Seven Forums.

Open Playback Devices, right click anywhere in the Select a playback device-area and check the option Show Disabled Devices.

I disabled 'Speakers' in the volume mixer...
For some reason, there was sound coming out from both the computer's internal speakers and the headphones that were plugged into it at the time I did this. I tried keeping the 'speakers' volume down all the way in the volume mixer, but this caused all the 'Applications' audio to turn off as well....
