Force speakers if headphones plugged in??

Hello,
when i plug in my headphones, am hearing sound from both the speakers and also from the headphones. i downloaded the realtek hd audio manager but i can't find an option to force the speakers when i plug in the headphones
how can I make sure that it automatically disable the speakers when i plug in the headphones?

I have the opposite problem. I would like to enable both front and rear jack playing simultaneously. I believe if we could find the answer to one, we may also find the answer to the other.
