Go ahead and click on Speakers, rather than headphones. I should have anticipated that in my last post. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Jonathan King OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU AMD Athlon Dual Core Processor 4850e overclocked @ 2.90 GHz Motherboard ASRock A780 FullDisplayPort Memory 6.0GB Dual-Channel DDR2 290MHz Crucial Technology Graphics Card EVGA GeForce GTX 480 SuperClocked+ Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Onboard Monitor(s) Displays 2x Acer S273HLbmii 27" Screen Resolution 2 x 1920x1080 Keyboard Microsoft Wired Desktop 500 (PS/2) Mouse Microsoft Wired Desktop 500 (USB) PSU Corsair HW Series 750w Modular Case Antec 300 Cooling stock cpu, 120mm hard drive bay fan Hard Drives WD 320GB SATA, Hitachi 1TB SATA, Samsung 1.5TB SATA Internet Speed 25 Mb/s download; 1 Mb/s upload |

With the above, you can goto DM, disable the audio device, restart and re-enable it if it doesnt automatically and check. Stil not fixed?
Goto DM again, uninstall, restart and once the card gets detected, allows windows to select the right drivers and check.
If u dnt hv a driver CD with u, pls dont try the last method. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Acer 5738z Laptop OS Windows 7 Ultimate CPU Pentium DC Motherboard Acer Memory 3GB Graphics Card Intel GMA 4500M Sound Card Realtek HD, Intel HD Monitor(s) Displays Acer 15.6" HD LCD Screen Resolution 1366x768 Keyboard Acer Mouse Powerlogic Hard Drives WDC 320GB
