Windows 7 - SB X-Fi Titanium Fatality Pro Problem

Hi all,

I've changed my SB X-Fi Xtrem PCI to a SB X-Fi Titanium Fatality Pro and i have some troubles to use it properly under Windows Seven Pro 32 Bits.
I have first installed the lastest driver available by Creative Autoupdate and all stuff (something like 310 Mo!)
But i haven't the "What U Hear" device in recording, i can't use any others programs like Creative Console Launcher they all says to me "there is no supported audio device avaliable. you need to close the application"
Also in the sound devices manager i can't select the output for my speaker plugged on my sound card, i have some devices of the the card but nothing for speakers!
I have tried to install manually the driver, no change.
I have uninstalled all drivers and soft by creative, clean with ccleaner and regseeker then reinstalling the X-Fi support pack 2.0, no change.
What is the best driver i must use and how i can have the "What U Hear" in my recording device?
Another question, i have a Plantronics GameCom 777, does it's better tu plug it directly on the SB card or i can use the USB connection, what is the best way to have the best sound?
I have tried the Daniel_K X-Fi support pack 2.0, but i have always the same problem.
I have tried to contact the support, no response from them, so i have mailed them many times but they never answered, i have used the technical support request, never answered too...
So i'm really really angry i have paid this useless card 135€ and creative don't care about my problem, there is no possibility to contact them by phone and they never answer to my mail, support ticket of on their forum.
This card make me totally mad!
So please help me!

EDIT: OMG I'VE SOLVED THIS USING DRIVER CLEANER PRO! God i've searched a solution since many weeks, i've found this info on your site you make my day i love you!
