A problem with drivers and somewhat settings.

    Hello there.
I had some problems earlier today with my sounds so i went and installed new soundcard drivers for this computer. After that I realized it was wrong drivers and i unistalled them.
After I restarted computer and computer itself found itself drivers that will work for this soundcard. So it installed them automatically. Now everything works but it's not the same anymore.

Thing is sure i hear my speakers but apparently in the playback settings there is only 2 things : Speakers and Realtek digital output. There used to be my headset aswell. I remember there being Speakers,Headset and digital output but not anymore. I use realtek soundcards. And my headset is Creative hs-450.

I hear sound perfectly fine from my stereo but when i plug in my headset all sound goes to the headset and i don't really seem to find a way to fix this at all. Dunno what to do now.

So when you plug in your headset, where do you want the sound to go?

Yeah my headphones works. But somehow computer doesn't seem to just like realize that i'm using headphones or something. It says speakers still on while having headphones. While my speakers don't really work then when i'm having them on.

    Audio
    • Realtek ALC1200 8 -Channel High-Definition Audio CODEC
    • DTS Surround Sensation Ultra PC
    - Support Jack Detection and Multi-streaming
    - Coaxial S/PDIF out ports at back I/O
    - ASUS Noise Filter

currently have Realtek high definiton audio drivers likely installed. Btw the wrong drivers i installed were Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version
i am using windows 7 aswell.
