    Intel DP965LT

    From Intel website:

Windows 7* Driver Availability for Discontinued Intel® Desktop Boards To begin the download process, click Download.
For additional details about this download, click Read Me or Release Notes (not available for all downloads).

Intel does not currently plan to develop and offer Windows 7 drivers for any of the discontinued desktop boards listed below. For a list of supported operating systems for Intel® Desktop Boards, refer to Supported Operating Systems.

Have you tried the XP drivers in compatability mode ?

Since there are no Win-7 drivers... have you tried the Vista 32/64 drivers.

    These should work.

    Audio: IDT* 92XX Driver

You have the audio enabled in the BIOS, correct, remove all ither audio drivers before installing these.
