Windows 7 - Buzz with SB Live! 5.1

Hi, i installed the windows 7.. and windows automatic install a driver for my sb live but.. i dont have any creative control.. and.. the sound.. its very bad.. i dont know how to fix it.. and im trying to get the driver from sb and.. it seems like is just for 64 bits OS anyone know what i can do? thanks

If you can post exactly what sound card you have, I'll find the drivers for you. As far as the drivers that Windows 7 installed, you'll need to do this:

Start button > Right-click: Computer > Properties > In System window, upper left-hand corner > Device Manager > Expand "Sound, video and game controllers" >

You'll either see your sound card, or something along the lines of "High Definition Audio Device"

Right-click and select "Uninstall"

Restart

As for the drivers that you need, you didn't mention what sound card you have so it's difficult to search and see what you mean by them only offering 64-bit drivers, which is quite frankly ridiculous, so we'll find you some 32bit drivers, but they will more than like be for Vista, and you'll just have to hope they work on Windows 7.

Go here Creative Worldwide Support > Sound Blaster and select the link at the bottom of the page "If your product is not listed above, click here" for Sound Blaster Live!

1. Select "Live!" from the list
2. Select your version of Live!
3. Click Next
4. Download your drivers
5. Install, restart, and cross your fingers!
