Win 7 BF2142 sound issues

    Well, no luck with Dell so I've purchased a Soundblaster Audigy card for the pc - should have done it ages ago really - I'll finally get rid of the Sigma Tel on board sound. Thanks for all the guidance.

    Delete the Sigma Tel drivers reboot and disable onboard audio in the BIOS and you should be good to go.
