Windows 7: Mic troubles? help?

So the sound on windows 7 sound great. And when i use skype it works fine and has been for quite a while and theres havnt been any problems until lately. When im in a call with my friends and im playing a game my mic will cutout for quite a while and when it doesnt cut out its only for a short while. But when im not playing any games i dont ever cut out... Is this a driver conflict or what? i have no idea. help?

ive tried reinstalling the drivers, skype, and the games and even my OS but nothing works.
