Are you setting that sound as the default for Mailwasher? There is an entry for new mail and also a separate entry for Mailwasher. You have to set that audio file as the Mailwasher default, in the Control Panel/Hardware and Sounds/Sound Panel, Sounds Tab. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Built OS Windows 7, 64 bit Professional. fireberd,
thanks for replying.
I have set it in both places you mention.
It works in Thunderbird, but not for Mail washer.Has it arrives in mail washer first I would prefer it to work in mail washer...
thanks again | My System Specs | | |

I just tried it with mine and the audio alarm that I set for Mailwasher gave me the audible alarm when it got an incoming message. I have Mailwasher Pro 6.5.3 (Paid version). | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Built OS Windows 7, 64 bit Professional.
