Audiodg.exe
Its using 470 MB ram for me atm.. I've got Realtek ACL1200 onboard soundcard, just recently installed the
drivers
for it.
Any fix for this?

If I removed realtek programs from startup its only using 20 MB so I guess i solved it :P
