Windows 7 - Voice Effect software?!!

| | Voice Effect software?!! is there any voice effect software? like as i can add effects [i.e stadium, hall etc] to my voice when recording. i am using REALTEK HD Builtin AUDIO from GIGABYTE G31M. which can add effects to the pc environment. but not to voice.  |
