WMP - No sound in 3gp, no codec for "Webinar"
I have a problem with Windows Media Player. Two separate times, I have tried to play a Webinar video from the Internet, and got a codec error. I thought it was the provider's problem, so I did not pursue it. However, today I had another problem with WMP, and tried to replicate it on my other computer, and did not have the problem. This problem was with having no sound in a 3gp file.
Is there a way to "repair" WMP, or do I need to uninstall and reinstall it? I would have just done that, but I read another post here from someone who tried this and it did not solve the problem.
Thanks for your assistance!
