Windows 7: Streaming Audio/Stero Mix and Mic at the same time HELP!

Hey guys, i need some help streaming audio on game broadcasting show I do. But I am having a difficult time getting it to work properly. I don't really want to purchase any new hardware want to try to use what I have.

My desktop is what I am streaming on. Pc Gaming W/ Lavitz on Justin.tv
I can stream game audio fine through stero mix but I can't talk on my mic .. but I can speak into my and have have go through steromix but thats an issue for me because when I game I use ventrilo and when press the talk button people HEAR GAME and when they talk it loops back to them.

I can't enable steromix and mic at the sametime.. I just doesn't work. I have soundmax audio driver.6.10.2 thats the driver I have at this time.

I have a super old audiocard I can install into my pc. Its an Soundblaster Live Model:Ct4780. But there no windows 7 drivers for it.. So thats not working if that work it could use separate sound card to mic audio. If you guys can help install this I think my problem could be solved.
Anyways, I have done much as I could no luck. Also I have analog mic (jack in)Not a usb mic.

I have the same issue. Any sound that is coming out also gets transmitted. >.<

This is something I'm not familiar with but at least it will help keep your question bumped to the top.

When you right click the MS speaker icon in the task bar and select recording devices you have (or at least had) "Stereo Mix" selected as default, correct?

When you select the Default Device... and then the "Listen" tab, explain how you have this set up.
