You haven't installed the sound drivers yet, it is running on whatever default driver Windows installs. According to the specs for your motherboard you need the Realtek driver,

When I go to that site and click on a driver a window opens and as soon as it opens it closes.
    I'm using Google Chrome 5.0375.555

    Get it from here instead,

Realtek HD Audio 2.48 Driver download from Guru3D.com

be a lot faster than getting it from Realtek's dial-up server anyway.

I installed the drivers only once instead of twice due to being a fresh install, but, no sound.

Is it still showing as a HDAD or is it now showing as Realtek HD? Also is the audio on your video card showing as one of the audio devices (should show as ATI High Definition Audio Device or ATI HDMI Audio Device)?

Set it to speakers as the default device instead of digital output.

Make sure that it is also set to speakers/analogue in the Realtek control panel. Also double check that your speakers are connected to the correct jacks on the back of the computer.
