    Sound setting problem.. please help

Hey everyone, I'm new so I hope I'm posting in the correct section.

Anyways, I'm trying to record sound that I can hear from my speakers but apparently I have to enable something:

The blue arrow indicates where I'm supposed to click, but it's grey and I can't click it. If anyone could tell me how to make it so that it's clickable I'd really appreciate it!

It's under Playback devices and is usually called "stereo mix", instead of a single recording device it records the output of any audio played through the system.

If you don't see it, try right clicking anywhere in the center of the playback device window and enable "show disabled/disconnected devices".

the realtek mic is already default thats why the green check and you cant click the green check indicates your default device what are you recording from you hear it from your speakers shouldnt there be a line in connect instead of mic I mean whats the source and what is it plugged into and yeah right click in the blank area and make sure all devices are showing up
