Is your system under warranty?
If it is relatively new I would take it back and have it fixed. While you are there check out one that is like yours to hear how it is suppose to sound. IMO

Windows 7 Professional SP1 - x64 [Non-UEFI Boot]

As suggested by fireberd....did you uninstall all the high definition audio from "program & features", rebooted and see in devices manager what' it says? Try reinstall the HDA software from your Mfg after that. (i suppose you went through that aswell)
