Maybe I forgot to update my motherboard info (just bought a new one) - it's an MSI G41TM-E43 DDR2 HDMI.

    OK.

Do I need to download just the Audio & Ethernet drivers or everything listed on the webpage?

As you will not say, what drivers are missing, I must say download all the drivers.

I have said that I can't hear anything, so it practically says it...

That's strange - it looks like the drivers that I have installed or more updated that the ones on MSI's webpage, but maybe they are not the same thing:

What I have installed(according to the Device Manager) are two High definition audio drivers. Driver version - 6.1.7600.16385, Drivers date - 13.07.2009.

What is mentioned on that webpage is Realtek High Definition Audio Driver. Driver version - 6.0.1.6069, Driver date - 21.04.2010.

How can I know if it's the same thing?

this is newer than your installed version dated 13.07.2009
