Is the AC3 filter compatible with Windows 7?

    Is the AC3 filter compatible with Windows 7?


    I want to install the AC3 filter on Windows 7, but the latest version - 1.63b - is from November 8 2009, and maybe not compatible with the new OS. Can anyone here confirm please?
