Your spec indicate you are using Enterprise/32. Have you contacted your I.T. department on this problem you are having?

    Hi,

Do you have them plugged in to front jacks or back jacks?
    Also check your graphics/sound drivers.

Right click the speaker in the bottom left of the screen (Windows)
Go to Playback Devices, set the sound device you want the sound to come from.

    Let me know the Results

    Hi,

Try running the Hardware Diagnostics on your computer. If you get any error code, make a note of the error code.

Did you try doing System Restore? If no and if this issue started occurring after doing some recent software changes on your computer, then I would suggest try restoring your system back to a date when it was working fine. System Restore will affect Windows system files, programs, and registry settings only.
For System Restore steps, you can refer to the URL mentioned: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore

    Windows 7 Enterprise
This edition targets the enterprise segment of the market and is sold through volume licensing to companies which have a Software Assurance contract with Microsoft.[1] Additional features include support for Multilingual User Interface (MUI) packages, BitLocker Drive Encryption, and UNIX application support.[1] Not available through retail or OEM channels, this edition is distributed through Microsoft Software Assurance (SA).[1] As a result it includes several SA-only benefits, including a license allowing the operating of diskless nodes (diskless PCs), the running of multiple virtual machines, and activation via VLK
