Security Breach??

Awoke this morning to my MS Outlook being shut down. Before going to bed, I did not shut it down. However, looking in the event logs, this is what I've found:

Activation context generation failed for "c:\program files (x86)\windows live\photo gallery\MovieMaker.Exe".Error in manifest or policy file "c:\program files (x86)\windows live\photo gallery\WLMFDS.DLL" on line 8. Component identity found in manifest does not match the identity of the component requested. Reference is WLMFDS,processorArchitecture="AMD64",type="win32",version="1.0.0.1". Definition is WLMFDS,processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32",version="1.0.0.1". Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

Does this mean someone hacked into my system and attempted to run a program? This event occured @ 12:32 this morning when I was asleep! I've checked my firewall and router logs and they don't reflect any kind of breach.

PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

No, do not worry about it being some hacker or anything.
It seems to be a somewhat common type of error. Everything i've seen has to do wit hall kinds of programs like Nero, Dreamweaver, Movie Maker, Adobe AIR.......
Someone might come along and know more about your particular error.

Don't worry to much. don't just assume it's a virus or a hacker.
I'm sure someone will have a good answer for the problem though.

Question though. Was this the first time that you have seen this error?
If so, it may not actually happen again. Did you change anything or install anything recently?
It could possibly have been a one time glitch, and you may actually not ever see it happen again.

Strange that it would show something indicating program launch, along with shutting down Outlook... I've experienced programs crashing like this (although I couldn't find any event showing program crash) but never seen that error before.

I appreciate the assurance.., I am still curious about that message as I was not even awake at the time of occurrance....

No major changes yesterday like program installs or removals. Come to think of it, nothing for the past couple of days.

Interesting that this app would be launched at that time of night when I was no where near the computer -- in bed, snoring . Reading that entry only raises more questions and concerns. Why would this launch on its own (if it did) and why would someone hack in to launch that. This is the only peculiar event.
