hi !

ive tested it with Gibsons "Security test", and "Leaktest", and it passed.

i have been running tests for the last couple of hours, i have tested it with Comodos "Leaktests", and after making some small adjustments its now almost "waterproof".

http://download.comodo.com/securitytests/All_tests.zip

now i have 2 leak-problems left to fix.

i also tested Comodos own (free) firewall with their "Leaktest-package", and it had more leaks, (4 or 5) cantt remember now,
im tired...

it got 300 (290 ?) out of 340 points.

Outpost got 320 points, so it seems to be doing a good job.

Hmmm - I have a license for Outpost Paid version as an admin from another forum - I might try it out on Win 7 in a Virtual Machine....

Thanks for the info.

Does Outpost Firewall Free really work? I downloaded, and it wouldn't even so much as launch the installer.

Best free firewall
I heard that if you are using free anti-virus, that it is better to use the free Zonealarm firewall then the WinXP firewall. Why is that? Is it because the Zonealarm firewall is more configurable or user friendly?

Free Firewall?
Are there any good free firewall programs? I don't want to just go googling such a query as I'll most likely get trojan horse malware.
