Exploit Eleonore Exploit Kit (type 1194) help!

Twice whilst playing CS:S I have had the following message pop up.
I have scanned with both Malwarebytes and AVG and nothing has been detected.
What should I do?


I was on the same server both times.

I have looked through my processes list and there is no process with the ID 5848, the closest is Catalyst Control Center (5548)

Have you checked to see if AVG quarantined the file?

No, it didn't.
I have just been talking to the server's admin, and he said that he has had the message as well. So it's either AVG having a false positive or something has slipped onto the server

Ok.. well at least AVG blocked it, so you're not infected... hopefully the server admin will be able to clean it...
