Okay. lets try something else then. Use the F8 key like I described before, and boot into safe mode. Open msconfig (can be done through the start menu search bar), go to the startup tab. Look for anything that doesn't look like a program you installed, and disable it. You can actually disable everything in there, except any AV programs, if you want. You shouldn't have any major issues doing so. Then restart and boot into Windows normally. See if the symptoms remain after taking these steps. Then you need to run an AV scan.
