There'a a lot of junk running that seems unneceesary, first thing I would do is download Malwarebytes free edition and run a full scan. Best thing about Malwarebytes is: When you shut it down it's off, no processes running in the background.

Is your UAC enabled? I would change it to "Always Notify", that may give you a clue as to what is trying to run. This won't always help if you have malware/virus, but it may point out what's running.

Download and run MSE, do a full scan.

As Aphelion said, there seems to be a lot of stuff running. Unless you need all this software, you may want to go to MSConfig and see what is starting up and maybe trim some of it down.

If you want to take a closer look at the current processes running, d/l Process Explorer and run it as Admin

You can install MSE. It will give you a warning that running 2 AV's isn't recommended, but it seems to play well with other AV's according to posts I've seen.

I've seen MSE catch things that the "paid" AV's don't. It integrates well with Windows & uses low system resources. I would trust it over the paid versions.

    MSE doesnt work.

it put my PC SOOOO SLOWWWW that i couldnt even open the start menu.

had to hard reboot my pc 2 times and then uninstall it

EDIT: before that i managed to finish the scan, which found an trojan on the internet temp files and removed it, but i doubt it was that what is making the noise.

Very odd...that's the 1st instance I've heard of MSE slowing down a system. Apparently it was fighting with something there. Or something was fighting it.

You might want to try yanking the existing AV out & just run MSE and see if you get the same results.

Be aware that MSE, in some instances, won't install properly on a system that has certain files already compromised by a virus/worm.

You can also try the AVG Rescue CD, it runs at boot up and scans the system before anything loads.

AVG - AVG Rescue CD Guide

Or d/l the Process Explorer and take a hard look at all the processes running in the background.
