Windows 7 - Password Retrieval

I am able to auto-logon on to my Windows 7 so I never see the password. I am adding a task to the system scheduler and to complete the task. I am asked for the password. I type in what I thought it was but I get an error that I have the incorrect user name or password. The user name is WILLIAM, the one I log in with so I must have the incorrect password. Have tried possible iterations but still won't work.
Is there any way to retrieve the password?

Is there a possibility that its maybe asking for the "homegroup" password ??

No! I tried the homegroup PW and got the same error.

As a test, maybe try setting a password to your account and see if that works

Maybe you never set a password. Try just hitting enter when i asks for one.

I did set a password and have used it in the past. So I know its there.

I finally used the Tutorial by "Bare Foot Kid" and solved the problem.
