NO !
you should NEVER use 2 firewalls !
they can create conflicts, resulting in LESS security.
turn off Windows Firewall, you donīt need it.
actually, i once had both Comodoīs firewall and Windows firewall running,
i was testing different firewalls and when i activated Comodoīs firewall i forgot to turn off Windows firewall.
it took a week before i discovered it, and i didnīt have any problems during that time.
but donīt do it !
Comodo: run Comodoīs Firewall & Defence+ in training-mode for a few days so it learns your "normal" programs,
then set both to safe-mode.
Hi all

Leave the sandbox on. The point of Sandbox is basically to help isolate questionable applications from doing anything serious to your computer. Basically, think of it as a baby playpen for programs. Before you let the baby run around, trashing your home electronics by shoving random crap into the slots or throwing the toys all over the place, the pen allows the baby to do things you will allow it to do. When you are sure the baby isn't going to do all the particularly nasty things in the house, you let them be able to do more outside of it.
I believe Maxxwire in one of the other threads touts how it is best to have a HIPS (Host Intrusion Protection System) in place and sandboxing is part of it. Firewall is only there to go "You want to come into this port or go out this port..." Sandboxing, if I understand it correctly, is basically a nanny on programs, watching what it does and if it does something that isn't right, it stops it dead in its tracks.
Yes he does because the sandbox is the first layer of defense against Malware on the desktop and HIPS is right behind it and this arrangement makes it easier for those who are not very familiar with how to answer Defense+ HIPS alerts. Once in the sandbox unfamiliar programs will be scanned in the cloud by the Comodo servers if that option has been enabled.
As for Windows Firewall I had to disable it in Services to get it completely shut down.
