What is this!!!

This is the message that I am getting:

There was a problem starting
c:\users\home\appdata\local\emaxowetoheka.dll
The specified module could not be found

My norton 360 has quaranteed this file as a trolan and I get this message everytime I restsrt. Ever since this started showing up my screensaver will not work (it will run in preview mode). Everthing else works just fine. Is this file a trojan as Norton 360 says it is? How do I fix this so I do not get this message anymore and Norton does not think it is a Trojan.

I am running Windows 7 Pro

First run Malwarebytes, It's free just google it, also fill in your system specs so we know what hardware you have.
