Windows 7: Norton RT wont run

Windows 7 Home Premium x64, Mac OS X 10.6.2 x64

Norton RT wont run

When I run the norton removal tool, to uninstall N360 v4, it wont run. the Proccess starts, but nothing happens, and I cant end the proccess. (Yes I ran it as admin)

Yes I downloaded the right one and it still does the same thing.

If it is the paid version have you contacted Norton for guidance?

Have you tried running the normal uninstall first? You shouldn't need to, but it's worth a try. Then followup with the NRT.
