New instructions that work:

3. Now fill up the form where there is asterisk. Make sure you use a working email because your registration code will be sent there. Enter the Promotion Code as DGH8R5. Click the Request Free License button when you’re done filling up all the necessary details.

4. Now check your email address and you should already see an email from “PC Tools” (sales@pctools.com) with the subject Free Internet Security License. Note down the Name and License Key.
5. Download and install the latest version of PC Tools Internet Security 2009. Restart your computer when prompted to.
