Windows 7: Kaspersky Anti-Virus stops at 99%

Kaspersky Anti-Virus stops at 99%

Freezes, then when I restart it tells me my datases are corrupted and blacklisted. I've in queue in their Live Chat for about an hour, 14 minutes to go.

Anyone got any ideas?

The only thing I can add is that when I once downloaded a trial version it was kind enough to download 2 Trojans along with it. Normally I would suggest that you probably have a virus, but well..... Hope you get a tech soon and they can help. Good Luck

Try running malwarebytes and see if it comes up with anything.

There was an issue with the Server for the Database. Everything is set now.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus
COMODO Firewall
Malwarebytes

Sound good? I feel as protected as possible

EDIT: Kaspersky Techs are really nice
