How to see what programs I have allowed or blocked in Comodo?

How can I see what Programs I have either allowed or blocked from accessing the internet in the Firewall? I've looked everywhere.

I am not allowed to run CHKDSK from DOS box - Win 7 HP 64 bit.
Gentlemen: I refer to Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I open the "prompt" to enter the DOS Box. I key "CHKDSK C:" and tap return. A message appears that says that I do not have high enough privileges or rank to run "CHKDSK" from the DOS prompt.
