| | yes, Corrine. I do remember more stories, that disappointed me about webroot. And recently I revisited their products (on my journey to stop being stubborn and becoming more open-minded and give second chance to all products I had previous bad experience). Unfortunately, It hasn't changed a lot. Disappointment And Prevx. When I first heard about them, I was dubious about them. It was actually a bit buggy, high false positives and etc. But, I have watched them becoming company with nice customer support and with a quite good product. I become fond of them. Even-though I dislike some things about them, like their marketing, licensing, free to detect and pay for remove attitude, and some little details about product itself. I had respect to some of the developers and had nice hopes on Prevx 4, fixing most of this. Sad. Hopefully webroot will not ruin it. I still have some hopes on it  |

| | prevx till date has offered the best support but the worst mechanism to tie licenses to respective pc's....its a pita if you need to re install the OS and use your license....but webroot is a pita in itself... god knows where this acquisition will lead to esp for prevx users like me? |
