Can somebody help me to run fport v2.0 on my Win7 Laptop correctly

Hello all at windows seven forum

I recently downloaded Fport v2.0 from:

Foundstone Free Tools

I would like to look for any Malware on my system by looking for any unusual network connections.

But for some reason I cannot run Fport v2.0 on my Windows 7 Laptop.

I downloaded the fport file to my downloads folder. then I extracted all files to my

C:\

Directory. But I still cannot run fport. I open my command prompt with administrative privileges. and then::

cd \

'to' C:\>

I then try to run:

C:\>fport

But I get this error message:
Fport is not a recognised as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I have even changed Fport v2.0 compatability settings to WinXP SP3. To see if this fixes my issue. But it does not.

I have attached to this thread the fport v2.0 Readme.txt file that came with my fport download. For anyone to read. To see if you guys can find out where I'm going wrong.

Can somebody help me to run fport v2.0 on my Windows 7 Laptop correctly ??

I would verify that you extracted the .exe directly to the root of C: instead of extracting to a folder named fport on the root
