My MSE 2 beta just got an update, here are the versions:


Security Essentials Version: 2.0.522.0
Antimalware Client Version: 3.0.8007.0
Engine Version: 1.1.6004.0
Antivirus definition: 1.87.260.0
Antispyware definition: 1.87.260.0
Network Inspection System Engine Version: 2.0.5850.0
Network Inspection System Definition Version: 8.57.0.0
Policy Name: FEP clean-up policy
Policy Applied: 10/11/2010 at 10:54

Notice the new entries.

MSE 2 has been removed from MS Connect, so Im guessing it has come out of beta?

Go to the update tab and hit update. It acts like a new install so you need to update it and make sure all your settings are what you want them to be.

FLM's version is also what is available for download on MS's website. I think it is just an update for the beta. If you look under settings those that have it will notice some new settings.
