How do I get rid of Win 7 guard?

I'm not too sure how it got on there but I've been reading about it and I've found out it's a fake anti-malware program? All these little notifications keep coming up, I just want to know how to get rid of it. Thanks.

    Follow these directions...

How to manually remove Win 7 Guard
To get rid of spyware such as Win 7 Guard you need to remove processes, search and delete registry keys, DLL and other Win 7 Guard related files from your computer.

Uninstall Win 7 Guard from Control Panel
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Double click to uninstall.
End these Win 7 Guard processes:
