It is opinion and no real right or wrong. I use WinPatrol (free version) with no problems. It does more than just security; you can see active task, see startup items etc. I think its great and so does Corrine; one of the best security people around.

I think this will be a bad choice ,won`t it?

    MSE beta 2 + malwarebytes + Winpatrol + Norton 360 v4

I do not like betas, especially with AV, it could miss something
Here is the best combination, as far as I am concerned
    MSE, Malwarebytes and WinPatrol

MSE and Norton together cause problems

    This is what I use
When MSE comes out of Beta and it is known to work correctly, you will get the update if you use MSE.

MSE would be unnecessary since you have Norton and a backup scanner already.

MSE 1.0 also has the ability to quarantine items. I do like 2.0, but I doubt it will be too much longer before the final version is released. You can wait until then if you want to test it out.

Getting hacked is too bad like someone spying on you 24x7. It may threat of stealing of your personal data like your passport number, credit/debit card number etc. To better prevent your self from these
    threats
    - Keep your antivirus software up to date I mean update their virus database day by day
    - Keep your windows firewall back to on it is off
    - Use on-screen keyboard when you are typing your passwords or credit card numbers(Trojan virus are known to record your keyboard strokes and send to its author/user).
    thats it.
