My friend has NIS 2010 key valid for one year..can he download NIS 2011 and use that key?

I have 300 days of subscription left and I want to save that license for later and want to remove it now, Is there any method to save the license that can be used later

Hi, just go to your Documents folder and you'll find a text file saved by Norton Antivirus. You may save the key and uninstall Norton. When you plan to reinstall, you can use the same key.

I searched in documents folder did not find it..

Depending on how you purchased Norton, it could be in an email or on the DVD box.
