severe registry errors???

I have been having troubles trying to download and install programs. I keep getting error messages. (i have attached 3). The programs will download but when it comes to the install part, i get the errors. Even when trying to install the Windows updates it sometimes has a problem.
I have also had video buffering issues and trying to watch anything online, even Netflix, I can't even get through two or three minutes without it stopping. Even if I pause it, let it buffer the whole video, and then play, it still doesn't help.
I don't know what to do.

I ran the System file checker and it found no integrity violations.

I clicked on the link for the Malwarebytes and tried to download from MajorGeek page and got the error below...

What antivirus are you using?

Run a full scan and quarantine/delete anything it finds. If it finds something they usually give you one or both options.

Go here Microsoft site. Do the Full service scan.

Are you plugged in to your router? ... try plugging directly into the modem.

Have you activated your version of Windows 7 and downloaded Windows Security updates? AVG 9 has been out dated for quite some time.

See if you can download DDS from one of these links:
Mirror 1 Mirror 2 Mirror 3
  • Disable any script blocking protection
  • Right click the dds icon to run the tool as Administrator
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt <--this will be minimized in the task tray
  • Save both reports to your desktop.

Include the contents of both logs in your next post.
The scan will instruct you to post Attach.txt as an attachment.
