There many testers and the reports arent the same for ex MSE is good at Av Comparatives bit its medium at Av Test and and...
So Im wonder wich one is the right ?Or i should see them all then decide

To decide you need to read the reports and see how the tests were setup. Some tests may only check one feature while others test the entire product. Some tests only use a small amount of test files while others use thousands. But mostly you will find a number of products that are near the top in most tests. Then you can try a trial version and see which ones meet your needs.

The answer to your questions is that various ant-virus software will perform differently under different tests for different organisations. No two organisations run exactly the same tests.

Its up to you to decide which testing meets your criteria, and select a product that is appropriate to your needs.
