Run as Administrator ARGHHH!

Good morning, all.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate on 2 notebooks I have installed from the same Installation set.
I am the only user of my computer, so I avoid password and different profiles on them and I am administrator on both of them.

One installed perfectly. I act as administrator. Exactly as expected.

On The other one, my account is set as administrator, but I cannot write on the registry, some features just doesnt work as if I was not the adminstrator. But if I right click on the executable I have the "Run as administrator" option. But I am the only account the I am set up as Administrator! It's there on Account list! I can see it!

I see no option for me to be administrator behaviour as default? Or any special security set. I have no extra security installed.

How can I have REAL administrator behaviour as default??
I cant find any option for that anywhere in Windows 7.

nyou buy the 'Family Pack' DVD? I ask because you can install that on 3 computers, but if not, then you can only install Windows7 on one working computer, not two.

Turning off user Access Control may help (but this may not be suitable depending on who has access to the PC).

Hum.. sounds good! Access control? Where are the options for that? I cant find it. On HELP, I can only find Parental Controls.. no Access control feature... Is that the real name?
