    there isnt a wecsvco.dll in my system32 folder even after showing hidden files

    i ran sfc/scannow and it says - windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations

    i tried creating another admin account again, but when i try to log in with it it just stays on the welcome screen

    Jacee, I had been having problem using windows update recently, I used your netsh option and it worked, after 3 weeks (this time) I can install updates!, Thank you.

    This is getting worse and worse, now my backup isnt working, its saying 'last back up failed to complete'. Is this something to do with windows security not wotking?

    I think your getting to the point a repair install is needed. You won't lose any of your personal files/pics etc.
    It just repairs/restores all windows registry back to original.
