I've even used MBAM Pro with Kaspersky, to be precise, KIS. Didn't have any conflict. They worked flawlessly.

So Yes, if it could run with KIS, it'd definitely with MSE also. Just as a n extra note, add them to each others exclude/ignore list so as to reduce the chances of any conflict even more.

Doesn't seem to be any probs running MSE/MBAM on Win 7 but could be a conflict on XP.

The free version Malwarebytes doesn't have real time protection capability, so unless you're using the paid Malwarebytes version it's not going to interfere at all since you can only use it as a manually run scanner. The free version won't be running in the background to give any conflicts with MSE that is.

If you use the paid version, it does have real time protection so it will be running in the background along with MSE, so the possibility of conflict is there. But if you see no problems, then you see no problems.
I agree that conflict may arise but having both MSE and MBAM at the same time increases the security of one's computer. MBAM has a very good detection rate and catches malware in which other security software does not. MSE is a basic AV with no self-protection or self-defense, its processes get instantly killed after an infection, but with MBAM, the infection can be blocked because of MBAM's outstanding heuristics. MBAM also has a better malicious website/IP blocking feature.

I use the real time paid license version of MBAM alongside MSE version 2 with NO issues at all. I can't even tell either is running.

There is an easily found discount code you can use to get a 10 or 15 percent discount on the MBAM license. Google it.

I have MBAM paid for. It's a fair price to protect your computer more.
