    Rezip.exe?

I found this in my system processes today. It was located in the SysWOW64 folder. When I did a google search for SysWOW64 + Rezip.exe, I only found a few searches. When I scanned the application with AVG (free), nothing popped up.

I couldn't move it until I deleted it from the processes (I was getting an error saying file was open in Rezip or something), and then I put it in the bin.

Is it a virus? Did binning it solve the problem?

Additionally, in scan of the entire computer, AVG found the presence of Trojan Horse Java /Downloader.AA and AB and Trojan Horse Java /Classloader. Does putting them in the virus vault take care of the problem?

From the discussion in the post, people with this file would just leave it.
But for the virus side,I don't know you mention Rezip has Trojan Horse Java /Downloader.AA and AB and Trojan Horse Java /Classloader.
If this is the case,I recommend you to put the file into the scan, scan one more time.
If it detect there is spyware/virus on this file, just quarantine it.

    Hi Suzannec,

With regards to the Trojan, it is usually fine once it goes into the virus vault/quarantine bin, some exceptions do exist - if you can clear/delete items from the virus vault/quarantine bin you should also do that too.

When you find suspected malware, its also a good idea to scan with a few other programs just to start cross-checking things. I recommed downloading, installing, updating the malware database and running a full scan using MalwareBytes:

    Malwarebytes

Once the above is done, also run a scan on your system using this on-line scanner:

    Free ESET Online Antivirus Scanner

Post the results of both back here so we can see if further action is neccessary.

    Regards,
    Golden
