Can't turn on Windows Security Center Service I have a problem with my WSCS, when I tried to turn it on, "The windows security center services can't be started" always appearing. I've tried to enable it with "services.msc", but I can't find "security center" like in the image below.
Can somebody help me please? I can't use Windows Update if I'm not turn WSCS on.

Quote: but I can't find "security center" like in the image below. You mean the service isn't listed under services.msc ?
Anyways, Please download and run this tool.
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here
Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application. - Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
- If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
- Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
- The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
- When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
- Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
- When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
- The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HCL OS Winbdows 7 ultimate x64 | Ubuntu 12.04 x64 LTS CPU Core 2 Duo e7400 @ 2.90GHz Motherboard Gigabyte G31M-ES2L Memory 3GB DDR2 Graphics Card Asus Nvidia GTX 560Ti 1GB Sound Card On-board Monitor(s) Displays HCL eZeeBee 18.5" LCD Screen Resolution 1366x768 @ 60Hz Keyboard Stock Mouse Stock PSU Corsair CX500 V2 500W Cooling Stock Hard Drives Western Digital 320GB Internet Speed 15-25kBps D/L | 10kBps U/L | Hey Don't laugh |

Do you have a Security Suite installed like Norton or McAfee? These may disable Windows Security Center to avoid conflicts. Try uninstalling them, if they are uninstalled.
If that doesnt help, run a sfc scan 3-4 times, then check whether security center is restored in services. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Too many to describe... OS Windows 7 x64 pro/ Windows 7 x86 Pro/ XP SP3 x86 |

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker Umm, nope, I use Bitdefender, it has no problem until 2 days ago. Should I do that 3-4 times? Okay, I'll try now. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Basic 32bit |

Well couple of things you can do. Try uninstalling bitdefender. If that doesnt work, a repair install seems to be the only way out.
