Windows 7 Password expert

Hi All
i Turn on my computer
when i type password it's say :
the password is expert please Change your password
i click ok
when i type my new password
it's say
Access deined
please i want to know how fix this problem

If this is a company or school system please contact you system administrator if it is your system and you have forgotten your password then a local IT technician should be able to visit you and reset your password without the need to re-install

i am fix this Problem
How to Fix :
i am Burn Remove Password Software in a DVD
im Boot the dvd when i trun on the computer
and the Remove Password Software is remove the password
and i am login in my com ^_^
No impossible

But i am Can't Change The Password
it's say :
"you cannot change the password"
xD
