    Help from Norton users

I'm using Norton 360. It is picking up all my own compiled/linked exes and cautioning me. I'm not sure how to get it to leave them alone without excluding them all individually. I have a lot of my own programs and would like a simple way to exclude them from Norton. Any ideas?

Are your programs in one folder?

    Yes? Exclude the folder then.

    Open up the N360 interface.
    Select the "Settings" tab.

Select "Antivirus" from the Detailed Settings field.
Under the "Scans and Risks" tab, scroll down to the bottom
Locate the "Exclusions / Low Risks" section
Next to "Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect, SONAR...etc" click on "Configure [+]"
A window should pop up labeled "Real Time Exclusions"

Click "Add" and browse for your games folder. Don't select a specific file, just select the entire game folder.
Be sure to check the box for "Include subfolders"

    Click "OK"
    Click "Apply"

    Hello,

Sorry for the trouble. I am Vineeth and I am from the Norton Support team.

As Slartybart said, you can exclude the folder from Norton scan. That will do the trick.

Are the dlls or files difitally signed?

    Thanks!
